24-Hour Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we strive to be flexible. However, we ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

-A $50 cancellation fee will be charged to your card on file for any cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment.

-A $50 no-show fee applies to missed appointments and late cancellations, including mobile appointments cancelled within one hour of the scheduled treatment time.

We block off time on our calendars just for you, and we genuinely appreciate your consideration in doing the same for us.

Payment Policy

Payment is due at the time of service. We do not offer refunds on services or products rendered.

By booking an appointment, you authorize Lively Integrated Health to charge applicable cancellation or no-show fees to the card on file, consistent with the payment consent signed at intake.
