How does billing work?
Billing is handled automatically each month through our secure payment system. When you enroll, you’ll set up your preferred payment method, and your membership will renew monthly until you decide to pause or cancel. You’ll also receive an email receipt each billing cycle for your records.
Can I switch memberships later?
Yes! You can upgrade or change your membership anytime. Simply contact our front desk or email our support team, and we’ll take care of it for you. Any pricing adjustments will begin on your next billing cycle.
What's included in provider access?
Your membership includes concierge-level access to your Lively provider.
You can text or email directly for questions and refills — no need to book a separate visit unless your provider recommends one. Members enjoy priority communication and a guaranteed 24-hour response time, giving you ongoing, personalized support whenever you need it.
What happens after I enroll?
You’ll start using your member benefits right away — no waiting period. Once your enrollment is confirmed, you can schedule your included services, message your provider, and begin saving immediately.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes — memberships can be canceled anytime with 30 days notice.

Your Consultation
We'll talk about your goals, whether that's more energy, weight loss, better sleep, or healthy aging- and review your health history to see which peptides make sense for you.
Lab Work & Custom Plan
We may recommend basic labs to understand how your body's functioning now. Then, we'll build a custom plan just for you- with the right peptides, dosage, and timeline.
Easy At-Home Treatments
Most peptides are small injections or oral capsules taken at home. They're simple to use and don't require long appointments or downtime.
Ongoing Support
We'll check in regularly, track your progress, and adjust your plan as needed so you continue to feel and see results
